Tavan Martial Art ( in Persian: هنر رزمی توان ) is a combination of martial arts disciplines and has been around for 21 years since its foundation. The goal of this style is to promote, expand, and spread Iranian art, develop and expand sports, cultivate physical strength, boost a healthy spirit, harmonize physical education activities with healthy recreation through Tavan Martial Art worldwide, and motivate people to unlock hidden talents, inner strengths, increase self-confidence, defend themselves, and further improve physical and mental abilities.
